Today's topic, Death.

Have you ever wondered what is it like to die unprepared and young? How you would never be able to accomplish certain things in life? Like for example, to reconcile with a friend? Or telling someone how you really feel about him/her and knowing whether you could have had a chance with that person at all? Or the inability to make up for your mortal sins causing you to spend a longer period in purgatory? The low sinking feeling of deep regret will consume our hearts. A friend of my brother's passed away yesterday, he was only seventeen. It was said that he fell and hit his head on the floor while playing soccer causing him to have a brain concussion which resulted in the inevitable death. Life seems so fragile and of greater meaning when such unfortunate event happens. May his soul rest in peace.
