today in school we had only 2 hours of lessons. we watched some videos on how people did presentations. it was actually quite interesting. we had to study things like word-stress, voice variety, pitch, tone and body language. it was a bit like psychology. (i miss studying human nature) after class stayed back and showed mr. pang my 'portfolio' he was quite impressed i must say. said it was a pity that i didn't take design instead lol. (it's true that i miss art a lot) oh and i got the job (yay!) he also needed photographers to do some school's yearbook which i volunteered myself straightaway. he said that he wouldn't mind hiring me for that either! finally! client shoots! whoo.
lunched with a group of people and headed to the computer lab to get the school programme installed into our computers. it turned out that we had to wait 2 hours till our turn which kinda pretty suck because tuesday is the only day we end early. upset and disappointed at the way things were handled but life's never fair. lol. so settled ourselves outside with good music (played by the guys), some singing and good company to keep ourselves entertained. it was pretty pleasant just sitting down at some random alleyway and listening to people playing music and waffling. seran could play ''intensity in ten cities'' just by listening to the song. i'm very impressed lol.
went to peninsula after the installation (mine took uber loooong) cause seran needed to get new guitar strings. sat at fish & co for awhile and talked. on the way back, i was contemplating whether i should start learning how to play the guitar again. i mean now i've got classmates who can actually help me when i get stuck like they play more modern songs instead of the oldies or classical sort so they would know the songs that i play and help me when i get stuck or something. maybe i should just pick it up, it does look fun when they were playing. it would be awesome to be able to play ''inevitable'' or ''hiding inside this horrible weather'' okay maybe I should just do it:D
when i got back home, the words, ''in your arms'' emerged in my mind. i decided to google it and see what songs have ''in you arms'' in their lyrics and pop comes hello goodbye's here (in your arms) i've heard this song once before but wasn't very into it but after reading the lyrics and listening to the song again, it's actually quite nice:D though it's powerpop lol. oh i have to do ''ms whatsername'' photoshoot before Green Day's new album comes out which is May 15!
